账号删除指南

本指南说明如何删除您的 XCCovcust 账号，以及账号删除后各类数据的处理方式。删除账号操作不可恢复，请在操作前仔细阅读。
一、在 APP 内删除账号（推荐）
- 打开 XCCovcust APP 并登录您要删除的账号。
- 进入底部导航栏的「我的」页面。
- 滑动到页面底部，点击「注销账号」。
- 阅读弹出的注销后果说明，点击确认。
- 在第二次确认弹窗中点击「确认注销」。
注销成功后账号立即失效，您将自动退出登录，使用该手机号 / 邮箱可重新注册新账号。
二、通过邮件申请删除
如果您无法登录 APP，可以发送邮件至 appledev@xncn175.com，邮件中请注明您注册时使用的手机号或邮箱。我们将在核实身份后 7 个工作日内为您删除账号。
三、删除的数据范围
账号删除后，以下数据将被立即永久删除：
- 账号信息：手机号、邮箱、昵称、头像、密码等
- 设备绑定关系及设备配置（设备将解除绑定，可重新配网使用）
- 家庭关系：您创建的家庭将解散，您加入的家庭将自动退出
- 设备分享关系（包括您分享给他人的和他人分享给您的）
- 消息通知记录与通知偏好设置
- AI 语音对话记录
- 自定义场景联动配置
四、保留的数据及原因
根据法律法规及财务合规要求，以下数据会被保留或匿名化处理：
- 支付订单记录：因财务审计与税务合规要求保留，账号删除后订单中的用户标识将失去关联，无法再识别到您个人。
- 设备遥测历史与系统日志：与账号解绑后无法关联到您个人，用于产品安全分析与故障排查。
- 备份数据：系统备份中的残留数据将在 30 天内随备份轮换自动清除。
五、注意事项
- 账号删除后，未到期的会员权益将一并失效，且不支持退款，请先确认后再操作。
- 删除操作立即生效且不可撤销，请提前备份您需要保留的信息。
- 如您是家庭创建者，删除账号将解散整个家庭，其他成员的设备不受影响。

Account Deletion Guide

This guide explains how to delete your XCCovcust account and how each category of your data is handled afterwards. Account deletion is irreversible — please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
- Open the XCCovcust app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the "Mine" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Delete Account".
- Read the deletion notice in the dialog and tap Confirm.
- In the second confirmation dialog, tap "Delete Permanently".
Once deleted, your account is deactivated immediately and you will be signed out automatically. The same phone number or email can be used to register a new account.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot sign in to the app, email us at appledev@xncn175.com with the phone number or email address used at registration. We will delete your account within 7 business days after verifying your identity.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion:
- Account information: phone number, email, nickname, avatar, password, etc.
- Device bindings and device configurations (devices are unbound and can be set up again)
- Family relationships: families you created are dissolved; families you joined are exited automatically
- Device sharing relationships (both shared by you and shared with you)
- Notification history and notification preferences
- AI voice conversation records
- Custom scene and linkage configurations
4. Data We Retain and Why
To comply with legal and financial regulations, the following data is retained or anonymized:
- Payment order records: retained for financial audit and tax compliance. After deletion, the user reference in orders can no longer identify you.
- Device telemetry history and system logs: dissociated from your account and no longer linkable to you; used for product safety analysis and troubleshooting.
- Backup data: residual data in system backups is purged automatically within 30 days as backups rotate.
5. Notes
- Any active membership benefits lapse upon deletion and are non-refundable. Please confirm before proceeding.
- Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Back up any information you wish to keep.
- If you are a family owner, deleting your account dissolves the entire family; other members' devices are not affected.
